We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your home accessories purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to get a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following categories unless they arrive damaged or defective:

How to Return an Item

- Receive authorization – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package securely using the original packaging with all accessories and tags

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
- You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is issued
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for free shipping orders.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your return request that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
If the replacement costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund
- You may be asked to return the damaged item at our expense
