At Home Accessories Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium home furnishings and decor. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bathroom Furniture, Cutlery, Dinner Plates & Bowls, and Food Preparation items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive return authorization – We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your return securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

  5. Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for free shipping orders.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item

If the replacement item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund
  • You may be asked to return the damaged item at our expense
